Return & Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Return/Replacement

You are eligible for a replacement only if.

  • The product was delivered damaged, broken, or leaking.
  • The wrong product or flavour was sent.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Product must be unopened and unused. Opened pouches or used sachets cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Proof Required

To initiate a return or replacement:

  • Share clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Include images of:

The outer packaging.
The sachets or pouch in question.
The shipping label.
Send this evidence via WhatsApp to our support team. Once verified, we’ll ship out a replacement unit at no additional cost.

Replacement Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds. Our policy is replacement-only, as is standard in the Pakistani health supplement and consumable goods industry.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit or arrives extremely late, please contact us and we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
