We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect any fraudulent activity or abuse.

Orders & Product Availability


All orders placed are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including stock limitations or pricing errors.
If a product is unavailable after placing an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund (if applicable).
Hydrict products are for personal use only and cannot be resold without written permission.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
Debit/Credit Cards (if enabled via a secure gateway)

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.
Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days
Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays
Hydrict is not liable for delivery delays once the order is handed over to the courier service. If the product is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue per our Return Policy.

Returns & Replacements

We offer a 7-day replacement policy (not refunds) if:
The product is damaged
The wrong item is received
Customers must submit photo evidence of the damaged product and packaging to qualify. See full details in our Return Policy.

Direction of Use

  • Just add 1 sachet (4g) into 500–600 ml of water. Mix well, shake, and drink. It’s that easy. Use before workouts, during your day, or anytime you feel low energy or dehydrated.

  • Each pouch contains 20 sachets (4g each) enough for 20 servings of clean, effective hydration.

  • Hydrict is proudly designed in Pakistan and manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in China under strict international quality controls.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight especially during summer. No refrigeration needed.
